Ok, I thought we should start up another thread about this. I was just thinking about it a little while ago, and I didn't hear anything yet, so i decided to post.

When should we have the meetup again, and did you enjoy where it was held last time is a few good questions to ask the people who went to the event.

Thats just to start up the thread I guess. I will edit the first post when I want to update.

Depending on when it is/who is going I'll consider it. Although I'm planning on both Acen and BMF this year, so we'll have to see money-wise.

Yeah. the tournaments besides ddr should be ran better. iirc the pump tournament was ran very poorly. I beat mills, and that shouldn't have happened =/ you're a lot better than me lol

The Pump tournament rules were changed last year last-minute and without my knowledge, and shit like that will definitely NOT be happening this year.

Shit, man, under the conditions that the tournament was run under, you all beat me fair and square. I'm a very limited player. haha

But, yeah, the Pump tournament should definitely be based on standard Pump tourney structure rather than opinion and preference of DDR rules(ie if you don't like playing Pump tournaments with Pump rules, don't play in Pump tournaments).

I had a full set of standard pump rules typed up at the event, but the person who ran it and several players decided that they were written up months ahead of time with limited viewpoint and poor rules apparently. Like I said, it will not be an issue this time around.

I'm waiting to talk to FFC to confirm dates before making an official announcement, but most other details should be about in place. I'm hoping to be able to officially announce the event later today or tomorrow.
