Yep, in St. Paul. I think it's called international market. It's not really an arcade, it's just in a room with IDv4 and 3.

Edit: Well the fair was okay. I grabbed some cookies and played a LOT of Pump. And I couldn't figure out how to input the codes on the SN2, which was pretty shitty (left side was awful, right side was tolerable). We tried to get tips too, but didn't get shit And I remember meeting some girl named Jessica and then some other guy who goes by Wafflez. Good times...
