Discuss our Six Flags shitty DDR machines, or local tournaments... and maybe try to get tournaments back at Rinkside while were at it!

You kids in northern Illinois are lucky. The judgement difficulty is alot lower than mideast Illinois. I went to Gameworks in Schaumberg the otherday and I was amazed at how easy it was to get perfects on your machine compared to the ones I usually play on.

Also, there stupid ITG machine was broken. Someone tell the people at gameworks to fix that machine.

Don't you have two DDR machines at that Six Flags? And I am amazed that one of them has nothing unlocked, while the other one has everything unlocked. XD AMAZING!

There's no such thing as judgement difficulty in DDR. They're all the same. Otherwise score comparison, such as the official IR, would be worthless. Maybe you have bad pads?

Very likely. Also, the only dance machine I have been on recently has been a PIU machine wich I know for a fact that you can change the judgement settings on. And yeah, the DDR machine that I play on rarely has some pretty old pads.

Mark is working on getting a Supernova and an ITG3 once they come out.

hes gonna replace the far left machine for a Supernova dedicab, and the far right machine for an ITG3.

i love PCs ITG2 machine, its so nice and sexy.

That's a good thing to hear, though isn't the far one on the right a modified DDR machine that has ITG on it, because I heard the pads weren't that great on it. Man, I wish People's Choice was able to obtain a IIDX machine.

yeah, the rights a modded extremecab with itg2 on it. the pads WORK, but arent as good as the dedicab.

i heard PC wanted IIDX and Initial D a long time ago, i might be wrong though.

A friend of mine actually told me that the manager of People's Choice was going to get a order of Happy Sky from this arcade expo down in Chicago, but wasn't avaliable.

What I wouldn't give for ANY IIDX within a reasonable distance from Northern IL. It's horrible to think it's 'never going to happen', but is it bad to think that way? O_o
