I'll be in BG tomorrow in the morning for a little bit. I can't do much in fixing up machines, but if anything has changed, I'll let you know.

I noticed the speaker's on DM the last time I was down (about 2 weeks ago). I'm not sure if there's anything we can do about it until fall semester.

Union hours for the next month or so: Open to 11pm instead of 7pm Mon-Thurs, nothing else changed.

Pop'n buttons don't stick anymore. We checked out the stuff today, so it's all good.

I've got a question, and it's probably been answered a hundred thousand times, but I was curious how this whole situation works.

You park in 'insertlothere' and all that, but can anyone come to this union room to play the bemani games? I'm wanting to make a trip down there Tuesday from Michigan and I would hate to drive down there and not be able to play anything.

A PM or IM would be an amazing reply.

Thanks in advance.

The arcade is basically open to anyone who knows how to get to it. You don't have to be a student there or anything to play any of the games.

All i've got to say is this place is freaking incredible.

Well worth my time to get there, park, and the like.

I will be going back there more often this year, and I can't wait to meet up with more of the BMS people. Hopefully we can get a GFV3 in there after the IIDX cab shows; which i'm still clinging to hope for showing

Awesome. Glad you had a good time Starting beginning of August, hours will be much better. Place will be open from like 7am to 12am every day, and we should all be down there.

How far do you live from BG?

Took us a lil' over an hour from Monroe, MI to get there; so i'd say about an hour and 20 minutes from my house.

Update: Mark finally got Raiden Fighters 2 working, and we swapped Killer Instinct for it.

Did he ever take out Guitar Freaks 1? If he isn't gonna put anything there (aka Keyboard mania) We have a Guitar Freaks 11th that could easily go there...

GFUS is still there; he wants to leave it in and squeeze KBM 2nd in by removing the last chair. You'll have to talk to him yourself; I can't intermediary right now.

Ugh wow. Thought he was gonna take it out. It's gonna be ultra crowded in there. Oh well, I'll talk to the union people into getting a second fan.

Why have GF1 and/or keyboardmania over GF11? Sounds way too crowded now. I liked sitting around on the couch and chairs/floor when no seating was available.

I'm going to be out there next week so if anybody has any complaints about the machines (besides the DM speaker) let me know and I'll do my best to fix them. If we can fit it, we're going to take out the candy cab with the failing monitor and replace it with GF 11th.
