I didn't mean you. I know that you had been up there. I only quoted you to say that the Para machine is up and running. I love that game now. It's so fun....but totally gay. My Sweet Banana, and Eurobeat are the easiest songs .

If you go again, go on a Friday. Fridays are fun!!! Not many people there playing IIDX. Usually just 2 of us. I'll be the one that sucks at the game . I always play different songs. I rarely repeat songs. I have a thing for Happy Sky too.

There hasn't been any issues with timing on the machine. It does have the official monitor (thread title), and lacks the issues that I read about with IIDX Red.

The only thing I've ever heard anyone say is that the buttons are stiff. That's it, but their easy enough to get used to. You'll be getting AAA's before you know it (which I've seen many people get).

I've never had any problems with them. Someone who was visiting (from out of state) had mentioned the keys were stiff . I wouldn't know any different, cause I'm still a newb , and this is the only IIDX machine I've ever seen, or played.

The timing is drastically tighter than the home versions (tighter than than the difference between ddr cs vs. arcade). The trend seems to be that people score 1 or 2 letter grades lower than if you played at home, depending on how often you play at a post 8th style arcade machine. But, there is NO lag with the new monitor, and no ghosting when you crank up the hi-speed. If you score bad it's your fault, not the monitors.

Compared to other iidx machines I have played on, TGA's machine has keys that are way more worn in, turntables that are less responsive (you can rotate the turntable decently slow and not get any kind of response), and a sound system that for some songs is total garbage.

That said, its DistorteD with the official monitor on a fully working cabinet. You can't complain that much.

Excellent.
Now for my next question.
How is the condition of the GF/DM V2 machine.
Well more preferrably the Drummania part.

------
So far it seems that TGA actually takes care of its machines alot.
I'm very impressed xD

I love TGA... I am in the process of getting the boy up so we can head down there right now... but I don't think we will make it in time because I have to be back for work at 10pm!

Tell him to wake up. I wanna pop!

That machine was actually amazing, i'm surprised, but i'm guessing now it's pretty much dead.

As a resident of New Jersey who goes to college a 10 minute drive from this place and visits there during canceled classes.

This is true.

They also way overcharge for games. 1.50 for 3 songs on ITG2? Fuck that noise.
