Ward is getting an ITG2 dedicab so you can wait for that.

I'm going to play the shit out of it before the kiddies break it. None of those fuckers can beat my movie runs and 16th runs. Fuck them and their mothers. I will break their legs and arms and switch the bones. They're gonna have hands for feet and elbows for hands once I'm done with them. As soon as I feel a broken sensor someone's going down and my foot will follow.

WHY WARD?!
oh and my friends and i have decided never to go to windward tilt again, after spending an hour plus getting there only to find a group of angry little kids accusing us of cutting in line and an itg dedicab with edits taken away.
seriously...whats the point of a dedicab if they're gonna do that?

Sorry dude we had to do that because the kids in question were abusing the length of the songs. Custom Songs are currently back on but if they do it again we may just have to put on the R23 patch (or if i'm working let me know who it is and i'll kick them out).

I am seriously sorry for the bad experience.

Yeah, I hate it when those little kids play. They're super annoying. But with all do respect, you Brian's kids abuse the custom songs as well. What with your Nightcore songs, One Winged Angel, and a bunch of other marathon songs. And I've witnessed it myself, you guys pay no attention to the lines in wait for the game. But you guys rarely come so its not really something big to deal with regularly. Now the younger kids are actually quite a pain to deal with EVERYDAY.

On a less annoyed note, WARD IS GETTING A FREAKIN DEDICAB?!??
Crazy, insane, madness. Any idea when it arrives?

I spoke to Kevin Jordon (Tilt's VP of Operations) and he asked me to gather info on what hawaii players (Windward for the most part i'll let others have input) want for an update to our machine. We can either get a DDR Supernova 2 or a Pump it Up: In the Groove 3. Don't have a strict time limit but I would at least want to tell him in person what the majority want before he heads back to the mainland on Saturday.

I also asked him about the Beatmania IIDX Gold and while he hasn't purchased any yet, it's something he may be placing in certain stores with a high music game playerbase/income.

Also it may not be of interest to most of you but he also said that he hopes to beat E.K. to getting Initial D 4 machines.

The main reason they're getting rid of the Extreme machine is because I've been bothering the managers enough. I finally convinced them to bring in an intelligent "mechanic" and they were told there was no way to fix the machine/pad. So I was told by a manager that an ITG2 dedicab was ordered---fresh machine, fresh pad. He didn't know when it'd arrive, but he told me this almost two months ago. It wasn't there last Friday but I may be at the theater again this Friday. I can update you then.

As for the patch, if it isn't the custom one then tell me which one it should be and I'll bug the manager to have that one installed.

EDIT: I think you mean "ITG 2" not 3. Unless I'm missing something.

I wasn't sure what exactly he was talking about but he was saying something about it being a 5 panel In the Groove game. He was aware that the game was aquired by Konami but said that there is something else similar from Andamiro on the way that he observed at a recent Tradeshow in vegas.

Yes, that is more than likely what he was talking about. Thanks for the link since I really don't keep up on pump news and releases.

Lol I hope he wasn't talking about that April Fools day joke. It was actually believable too. Damn konoxormaro that would have been cool.

So Dedicab soon huh?
Sweet.

What sux is that we're gonna have to buy tickets to get in right? I don't really go to Ward too much so I don't kno if we can get to the arcade without tickets.
Can someone shine some light on the subject?
