Default Illusionz Thread

Anyone been here recently? How are the pads? Has anything at all been fixed? I live quite nearby, so it'd be really nice if they had fixed anything. Last time I went, the ITG machine was slightly better than at sakuracon. The Drummania was poor, and GuitarFreaks was fine. Also, Pop'n Music had sticky buttons.

Illusionz makes barely enough money to stay in buisness, so they probably haven't fixed anything

Haha yeah, figures.

Not that I mind the 45 minute drive to Acme Bowl.

Hope you don't mind the bump. I went there recently and have an update on the pads and other music games.

DDR machines - they are not in the best condition but still playable I think. Don't expect to AAA anything because of the random pad misses and freeze arrows not holding properly.

ITG - The left arrow on the 1P side is almost dead. The up and right arrows on the 2P are mos def dead. So ITG is pretty much dead at illusionz.

DM - Drum Mania has one super sucky sensor (can't remember exactly which one but it definitely affects gameplay)

GF - Guitar Freaks works fine.

DMX - Dance Maniax also works fine. It might have a little problem with one of the sensors but nothing big.

your right because unfortunately they just went out of buisness and decided to close their doors for good.

I will miss Illusionz. Now I have to drive all the way into seattle to play.

"Into Seattle"? Please don't tell me you're considering that GameWorks...

And R.I.P., Illusionz. First time I got to play any Bemani other than DDR in an arcade... it's sad to think that it won't be there the next time I manage a stint in Redmond.

Yeah, it's pretty sweet. Head on over to www.pnwbemani.net for more info, there's a thread about it there.
