What makes them suck? | Putt-Putt Arlington has DDR EX, ITG 2 (both of which have extremely shitty pads), and Dance Freaks, which is the Korean version of Dance Maniax. Hurst has a DDR EX, and ITG 2. I know ITG's pads are horrible, but I'm not sure about DDR. I haven't been since sometime last year. The people that go to Arlington are all gothic, annoying, and make me hate playing there.
The Anime Store and Ridgemar are better alternatives, though I hear Ridgemar's arcade is full of idiots, too. They both have a much, much better game selection.

EDIT: if any of you like PIU, there is a PIU zero machine with very good pads at the D&B on Stemmons. Most of the D&Bs right now have that policy that they wont let anyone under 21 in; this particular one doesnt seem to have that because I went right in alone and the guards didnt seem to mind.
EDIT2: Also, I hear from a local source in Plano that the the PIU machine (PIU Exceed 1) actually has pretty decent pads. I retracted this earlier because I remember hearing something completely different. Also the sound is pretty low

edit: I forgot to mention that the tournament would be opposite seeding-single elimination, each round will consist of a selection of 4 songs. However, each person can choose one song that they DO NOT want to play and the winner is decided by score, regardless if they failed the song or not. The entry fee will most likely be $5, Reii and I are still thinking about what to give for prizes (as an addition to entry fee, if he agrees that is)
