That and it can be something like bringing old and new players together, and we can help better ourselves, the healthy aspects of DDR, broaden and educate on different genres of music. I'm pretty sure that it can work. We just have to round up enough people. Kinda like one of Florida's colleges.

Of course, we'd have to meet on weekends or something. Probably from in the morning to night.

Akurybo, you're just starting this year?

Yeah, I'm a freshman this year. How many people do you think will support the idea?

Awesome.

I have no idea, to be honest. I mean...we have to make it interesting, but not to where that people are turned off (ie, Heavy, something ridiculous in IIDX, ect.)

First, we kinda have to find people who know Bemani, or have some idea of it. There's always the Foy Union Center. They have lots of bulliten boards.

good luck. I'd try and help if I wasn't stuck in high school. your average alabamian isnt interested in bemani, but if a supernova or IIDX or whatever was setup around a decent sized group of hardcore players, thats all youd need, because they'd be on it all day, even if charged an arm and leg. never been to dothan.

I cant believe those fuckers at TGA (in Massachusetts, iirc) have DistorteD(amirite?), Popn 14, Pump Zero, and SN. Paradise. I wonder how crowded it is, and if any "nubs" at all go there, or if its almost all hardcore gamers. I bet theyre reading this thread and laughing

Yes. THOSE FUCKERS. SHARE THE WEALTH DAMNIT.

Hopefully, if we get this thing started, it can be a blend of seasoned and new people (as long as they're not elitists, I'm alright...) y'know, help each other out. That stuff.

Well, out of 25,000 (or so) people, I'm sure there's a healthy bunch in there, hardcore or not.

Yeah, I tend to forget about that. I'm used to stupid small schools. There has to be some people interested in bemani in that big of a crowd, know what i mean?

omg guys

The Rave Motion Pictures in Huntsville now has PIU Zero. My heart nearly stopped as I walked through the lobby on my way to Pirates. You have to buy a ticked to get into the building, however. I don't know how long its been there, the last time I went was for MI3 back whenever it came out.

If I didn't suck at PIU, I would be pissed at this fact.

There's something about 5 panels that throws me in a loop.

Holy Crap. I just got back from the Rave and didn't notice... I guess thats what my girl does to me... I remember hearing that a lot of Raves get PIUs, but since Hville never got one until now I didn't think to check again... Looks like I'll be going to the movies alot more now...

The only PIU experience I have is with the home version I bought for 15 bucks. I couldn't stand the soft pad, and I just kinda put it away without playing it too much. But with an arcade version in town now, I may be more inclined to learn them...

And yes, I used to go play ddr and itg in the mall all the time. (My high scores are under robo, fyi) But I haven't been there to play in a long time. I've been too busy, what with moving to AU and all...

Oh yeah...we have Premiere 2 and I also have the home version. I really couldn't find the arrows.

Akurybo, what classes do you have this semester?

Awesome, engineering. I don't know what type... but I'm computer science. (But technically, it's not part of it...so I'm taking Biology) And I have to take Calculus in the spring because I am straight dumb when it comes to math. I got College Algebra.

Other than that I got Biology, Marching Band, Geography, English...normal classes.

To take a guess... Software Engineering?
