Haha really? You should have PM'd me, we could have hung out.

But yeah, I'm working on getting SC4 in there now, SF4 is going in there as soon as it comes out!

On the down side, though, it turns out the pool tables, arcade stuff etc is all rented. Meaning, the university gets half the profits, but has no access to the insides. Right now that means people get pissed when the pool tables never release all the balls and I cant do a thing about it. It also means I have alot less access to DDR when it comes. I'm going to find someone to nag continuously until we get some access.

its a jock school, remember? We've tried to convince more arcade games but really the only feasible one is ddr. And even that took some work.

SFIV will be going on a 360 in february though. I'm going to work on an arcade controller for it soon, hopefully being reimbursed lol. My mame cab skills will be put to more good use!

Agreed. Too bad it closed down before I even got here.

I don't have a clue who the distributor is, only that they are simply "rentals." I just nag the upper management to get something arcade-worthy. But, then again, its not really an arcade in the traditional sense either. You have to sign in and hand your student id over just for some air hockey pucks. Along with 2 quarters. Quite lame, indeed.

OK, good news everyone. We are getting a DDR extreme in the game room at auburn. Better than nothing right?

I may be putting my personal MAME cab in the room as well, I havent decided yet. My next project is transforming that extreme into a stepmania cab. It will be coin-op though, its not going to be the university's machine.
