I have played there a grand total of twice now. The "buy a ticket to get in the arcade" policy is total crap, but everytime I go to a movie there I will be playing. Which won't be too much anymore since I'm at AU. The pads there feel sooo good though, it's like if if a mocha frappacino took the form of a dance pad. Good stuff indeed.

Thats what I'm kinda afraid of here... I'm hoping the whole "college" atmosphere rids those people that type of persona.

btw, Red is my first import of any kind, and my first Beatmania besides US. I just hope I don't miss 5key too much, those simplistic patterns are pretty inviting.

My things are backorder...and I got 9th, 10th, and RED. Hopefully, PA will send me something of a consoltation thing for making me wait so long...about a month. That or my dad lied to my face about ordering them.

A thought: when the new student center is built, think they will put a arcade in there?

EDIT: Maybe we can have a match sometime. <_<

US controller. Even if I had the ASC, I don't have any room for it in my room.

Still waiting on my things.

I'm kinda sorta stuck on 4/5* on 7key. How I passed Attitude on Light7...I'm beginning to thing it's a fluke.

i remember being stuck there, i passed attitude once and couldnt do it again for awhile. now im stuck at the 8-9 (hs ratings) gap. i can do most 8s, but only a few 9s. i think my A on one more lovely was a fluke. i dont really have much iidx time now between school, piano, and (small) social life. ive got ridiculous classes this year.

Definitely, a match we will have. Develop, a rivalry will.

Arcade in the student center??? Now THATS an idea. Don't some other schools around have that (Georgia something)? We can point to them as examples. And then we have to make sure they get IIDX, guitar freaks and drummania, so we can have MASSIVE jam sessions.

OH SNAP RIVAL DATA!
Yeah, just name the time and maybe I can come over. Tuesdays after 3:15ish is great since I have sectionals like at 8 PM and I'll be bored for 4 and a half hours. I don't feel like driving all the way home and back again. It's a waste of gas. What does your schedule look like?

I think University of Georgia has a machine in the student center. I think Extreme, but knowing them, it's probably SN. But yes, I think that would be such a great idea. They are building it, so why not put something new (and exotic!) in.

Rival Data! Thats what that thing is used for, It all makes sense now.... My Tuesday schedule is crap though, I dont get out of my lab until 6:30 (sometimes earlier) but after that you're welcome to drop by.

Hey Opie, what kind of DM controller do you use? After playing that in the arcade, I just HAVE to play it again (just without travelling 1500 miles like last time ) so I've been thinking about picking up a home version if I can scrounge up the cash. But all I ever hear about the controllers is bad. Maybe if I can find a way to hook my actual drum set to my PS2, then I'll be in business....

Nope, off campus. Btw, have you heard about TigerLan? Big weekend gaming event to be held the end of this month. Among others, they are hosting a PS2 DDR tournament!! Don't know what type of pads they are using, but I do plan on taking the tourny If you come, bring your IIDX controller and games, they will let us set up a place to play them and help others learn it too. Check it out. I got all giddy when I saw the poster for it, and I immediately went online to sign up, heh.

Aw sweet. I'll probably suck as I have been out of practice for ages...and if it's on Friday it's a no-go. Stupid practices at sunrise on a Saturday morning...

EDIT: Sweet, on a Saturday and no football game. Since I'm a girl, I get in free! I just registered too. Hopefully, I'll have gas and stuff squared away, and hopefully bring SN (probably not unlocked fully), and my IIDX games (they're still on backorder...) Your PS2 is modded right?
