Is it possible we could have freestyle while the judges tally up the points?
I was at another tournament where they had nothing to do while getting the scores tallyd and encouraged Freestyle play to keep people entertained while waiting.
Hmmm... not a bad idea. If you come to the tournament, you might turn up a little early and suggest it to Nicole, who's heading the tournament up. I think she's got the categories mapped out, but that's a pretty good idea for a time-filler. If I see her before then I'll mention it.
One note - the arcade manager is loath to put the machine on free play, so people will have to pay for their games. Sigh.

Unfortunately, the DDR machine is down. They moved it closer to the door, and the pads stopped responding not too long thereafter. We hope it'll be back in action very soon.
I forgot to mention that last week the DDR machine was fixed. It was also moved to the front, opposite the ParaPara, so it would be visible from outside and cause massive traffic jams when people crowd around the machine.
Went by just now to see the ParaPara machine had the Error screen up. Maybe its just a temp fix but it was stuck on the bootup. I really really hope its not broken again ;(
I love the location by th door though, much breezier and itll attract more audiences
