Daytona(and surrounding areas) thread

I figure more than a few people from Daytona post in these forums, so, thread ho!
Of course I want to see all of Florida in this thread.

- DDR Extreme (Currently broken)

I'm going to ERAU in the spring, so I'll be there soon. I heard the pads @ speed park were terrible, are they? And does Speed Park plan an upgrade to ITG2?

Yep. the pads at speedpark are terrible. Basically the now ITG machine has been upgraded from i believe a 4th or 3th mix plus...i can't remember. It's been thru the ringer, so i don't expect much out of those pads anyway. However, usually they are playable. Since it has stop taking a beating from constant play, it has gotten much better. Don't expect it to hold all hands/freezes and you'll be fine.

The ddr machine is broken. It was fixed then froz again. Besides that, the pads were/are o.k. Actually never had a problem recently (when it was working). The sensors have been replaced a couple times...at the moment the pads are in working order.

Speedpark also recently doesn't believe in air condition. OMG...it's like a suana(sp?). They will be getting a Supernova, so I'm not worried. It'll depend on whcih is closer and who's hanging out where.

Also, ERAU has a DDR club. A fun-loving bunch. Good people. I was actually the Vice President when it was started some years ago. Wow, how time flies. I digress.

Speedpark now has SUPERNOVA.

Daytona Lagoon has:

Beatmania Complete Mix 2
Dance Freaks (dance maniax)
DDR 4th Mix Solo

and Lagoon is planning on having more games come in.
