W00T W00T! The Reitz has a SUPERNOVA. It's just a disc change so it's still in the Extreme cabinet. About 13 people came to play it today.

Xepher got passed pretty damn quick.

Oh shit. Gotta go there now. Well when I get back in town anyways. I'm still fond of Extreme though. I played SN at TGA, and I think its too flashy and alot of my favorite songs arent on it. But I might grow into it. I will be there a few times a week since i live a mile from it.

Where exactly is the Reitz in Gainesville? I'll have to pay it a visit and give Xepher a good run on a metal pad. And Chaos. And Healing D-Vision...

Also, why is ITG in the Oaks Mall an R21 without custom music? Did they forget to turn it on or did they turn it off for a reason?

They do suck compared to the ones over at TGA. I mean the ones there make almost no impact sound, and just feel soooo nice. Wow that sounds wrong.

I miss that place.... even though its not the prettiest arcade ive ever been to.

Yeah, so like I went to Gainesville to play SN on Saturday, and it was 'Out of Order'. Not like I was going out of my way, it was just a dissapointment (I live in Alachua, 15 minute drive). I was hoping the pads would be alright, on the day of the tournament my scores ranged between 30 misses and a few AAAs.

As for that tournament, I wish I got Mikeneko Rock, I might've got less then 15 greats...

But yeah, the ITG2 at Tilt sucks. Bad. Like pad greats/decents if you don't STOMP THE FUCKING SHIT out of those slippery, dirty panelesque arrows with something resembling a sensor underneath. There aren't many great scores on the machine, probably because of that. I still play every time I go, but I have to use the bar for 10s and above so I don't fall off (I'm a no-bar player, I play at home with a CF).

Oh, and I also hear that SuperNova here is joint premium. Confirm/deny?

RedXXX - I'm not sure about you, but I think 'impact sounds' are pretty helpful for PA/FA.

Well my point for that is that they arent supposed to be like that if they were in good condition.

Ive played on those alot and you can easily slide an arrow around the place its supposed to be in. That means the pad is really loose which adds to low scores or STICKY pads, which makes me not like to play there anymore.

But they should have someone more experienced with maitnence on the machine, and work on it, cause all we have is Deon, and well... we need someone better at it.

Yes, the machine IS joint premium and if you so much as mutter a word to the staff about it, the pain that you will receive from the Reitz crew will be greater than you can imagine.

No need to apologize. I've never hosted a tournament before but I can imagine how it feels. Hopefully I won't be the only one there. The fact that I can't AAA anything means that I probably won't stand a good chance against you on anything.

Gah, I'm entering just for the competition. Only one other person around here has a chance against me, and his mom Won't let him go to any tourneys cause she thinks he's gonna get raped xD
