MegaCon isn't even an anime convention, it's a Comic book/sci-fi convention, and anime faggots try to take over it year after year, but they fail hard.

Most people I know that go to cons DON'T cosplay, so it really isn't about that. Luckily. I just go to see people that live in the Orlando/Tampa/Daytona area that I rarely get to see...even though I DO see Hudson all of the time :P
Megacon's guests are pathetic as hell though. I love the fact that they're bringing a band all of the way from Japan over here so you can basically just look at them. They aren't even performing. I can do the same thing with a quick Google image search, without going to Orlando.
tl;dr I'm going.
