Default Anybody think that DDR is hard to play?

well since Supernova came out the timing seems to steep or something (or is that all the songs are too slow??)

i don't know... playing the same song on ITG2 Cab that has it seems to be easier than playing it on a DDR one.

ITGs timing makes songs very easy. Also the timing window is different.

ITG also has a much cleaner and less cluttered interface than DDR.

i have to agree with dj.TK.

ITG's interface does look cleaner and more polished, which is probably why it could be considered easier to play on. [imo]It's just most of the stepcharts are no fun.[/imo]

ITG's interface is bland, thats why its clean. DDR has all this extra stuff that makes the game look great though.

it'a almost as though it was made by a group of people with only a vague idea of what they are doing and not a collection of paid professionals

DDR's noteskins are too bright as well. ITG you can see them fine.

ITG windows are bigger than SN2 windows. As far as dance point percentage goes I don't know.

What's ironic is for me it's the opposite. I find myself with a much better PA playing SN2 than playing the older games. It may be just me though. Console timing windows haven't changed from Max-SN2 have they?

well i have been having issues with the timing windows...

For me it would be impossible to play this song on a SN cab with the step set and all...

YouTube - Xepher (full Version) Step Remix

if you read the comments for this video... nobody has passed the song yet.

In my opinion, the DDR interface is nicer looking, and I prefer it far over ITG's. As for difficulty, I've kind of felt that SuperNova was too easy, and that it's predecessors were far more challenging/better. But that's just my opinion.

They have been gradually getting smaller.
