Why isn't it rewarding me, and saying I have completed 1/3, 1/4, etc.
I want to unlock Fascination Maxx, but I can't if I take out my DDRSN disk and snap it in half because of my frustration.
lol. I am in a cranky mood.
Thanks for the help | |

Let's make an example. Assume the following task is put upon you: 1. Get a grade of AA using ONLY the x1.5 modifier! (0/6)
Okay, I'm sure that's easy enough to set up: At the songwheel, press down till you are on the Options menu item. Press X (or Circle) and the Options menu will come up. The first option of the Options menu is the speed mod. Press on your controller right or left till you get the x1.5 setting. Back out by pressing Select (or just keep pressing X till you just exit; alternatively, press Start so the cursor skips to the bottom and press Start/X once more to exit out of the menu).
Now, go back out of the songwheel to see your list of trials. Look over to the right of the trial you're about to take on. These are the colors of the corresponding difficulties, in this order: Beginner, Basic, Difficult, Expert, and Challenge. If there is a dash on the square, it means the trial cannot be accomplished using that difficulty. If there is an O on the square, you can complete the trial with that difficulty. Now, imagine the squares were like this: Code: Beg Bas Dif Exp Chg
- - O O - OK The circles denoted under Dif and Exp mean you can only do the trial using the Difficult or Expert difficulties.
Last thing: See that OK? That means you can set modifiers. Of course, I suggest you do NOT use modifiers or use others than stated. As the example trial description above says, you can ONLY use x1.5. You can end up wasting time if you add mods that don't fall under what's described.
If there is an NG where the OK is, it means you CANNOT use modifiers to complete the task.
And of course, the 0/6 means you will complete the task if you do the trial 6 times over.
Be aware you can complete multiple trials at once. Use as few modifiers as possible if you're planning to take on more than one trial at the same time.
I'm leaving this open because while I did describe the jist of things, I may have overshot the OP's original message.

For "#70", use CENTAUR on CUT/EXPERT. Every PERFECT or MARVELLOUS will increase your tens/ones by "02", and every GREAT will increase it by "01". There are about 100 steps in it, so cycle through a time and a half, get to the 40-50 range, then GREAT/GOOD that crap til it's just right, you should be able to "whiff" whatever's left of it.
Granted, it's still an infuriating process... there's been a BUNCH of times I've been within 2 points one way or the other, and once or twice, I've gotten "70" and failed within the last two arrows. OUCH. ;.;
As for "#777", try using Baile Le Samba on BASIC; I believe it's all in 1/9's (IE: of 90 steps), so that should go by 11111's.
