Well, the best controller / pad you can get for the PS2 is probably a blueshark or cobalt flux.

The blueshark metal pad is the best pad that you can get which comes in 2" or 3" with a bar. It also is the only pad with arcade sensors and has great endurance. The set-back is that mymybox is always late making them and it would take probably about 3-6 months for you to get one. They range from $300-$400.

Cobalt flux is the second beest and doesn't have all the flashy parts that bluesharks does but lasts for a while and still retains good sensors and endurance and their shipping is only about a month. I don't know anything about their price though.

yes, however the big arcade difference is the bar. If you dont play with a bar, your obvious choice would be cobalt, but ig you really want a bar... and I mean bad, you will have to go through the trouble of mymybox's blue shark.

But you can't compare , the problem with the cobalt flux is that they hide the real price.

They put half the price of the pad in the Shipping.

You Get 324 for a pad , but 350 for shipping ... 150 would be more than enough , but no , you have to pay more than the pad for shipping ...

thats a ripoff. When I got my 2 TX2000's they only cost about $100 for shipping FOR TWO. The TX2000 was local pick-up from a friends that did not want it. I payed $60 for it.

It's true - worse if you're British like me. I had to pay over $700, so I didn't actually get one =/

If you're going cheap, get a Gamestop mat. Mine's lasted me 3 years, all of which were spent on Heavy mode.

Guys, I'm at a crossroads. I'm getting some money out of a settlement (appro. $1000 [my parents letting me have it]) and I can't choose to get a CF with arcade mod or blueshark 3" w/ bar.

I know cobalt flux can get expensive and that blueshark has LONG periods of waiting time until another shipment.......I just want a pad sometime this school year.......
