Marketplace Rating: 0 | I usually drink Gatorade... it hydrates you and gives you energy. I also drink water but it only hydrates you.
I heard energy drinks are really bad for you because although they do give you energy, you're really only getting a burst of caffeine, which will bring you up, but then crashing down.
Soda is the worst... I wouldn't drink it while playing. | |

Actually, it depends on what kind of solid.
Jamba has a mix of fruits, juice, and sometimes frozen yogurt with ice. So it has certain things that are easily digested by the body. It gives you more energy so you don't get tired as quickly.
Another good thing to keep with you would be the Naked fruit juice bottles. God, I love the Chocolate Karma ones.  .
But both Jamba AND the juice bottles tend to make you a little thirsty even though they keep your energy up, so you should probably keep at least some water with you. | |

Marketplace Rating: 0 | Water, never had anything else. Most soda pops disgusts me, and I can only have a few sips before gagging. I find anything sweet very dehydrating, and it makes my mouth way dryer than it was before.
One thing I do sometimes, though, is chew gum while playing. It's dangerous, but the mint or whatever cools me down. | |
