I mean last time I played SN with Jamba as my drink, I got A's on Healing Vision, Orion.78 (AM Euro MIX), and Drivin' on heavy, and I didn't feel sick at all. My only problem was I was a little thirsty by the time I was done. =P
Ah, well... whatever drink works I guess.
EXCEPT SODA!!! =/ | |

Everytime I play, I bring 2 liters of water which to be consumed all...

If you want you can drink a power drink with the water that helps to, monster, etc. Off topic if you really want to gain stamina play with weights, don't do anything that will kill you though, 10's and what not; i tried it DOES NOT WORK. Along with that wearing sweat pants and a sweater also makes you a bit heavier, but when you take them off well your a energizer battery. This also helps you sweat a lot, which well literally sweat the fat out of anyone. I hope this helps.

I just drink water. Water, water, and more water! By the way, one time a fellow regular of mine drank an energy drink prior to playing a song, and vomitted right after about 25 seconds through the song. Although I wasn't actually there when this occurred, someone told me.

These in combination with any non-carbonated drink are beyond amazing. They are PERFECT. I don't know if they sell them outside of the UK, but I swear that these just keep me going!

They're not healthy for your body at all, there's a reason you don't see professional athletes drinking that stuff on the bench.

Marketplace Rating: 1 | Yea Gatorade is the best bet cause its actually formulated to get back stamina and such, and they even sell a energy and endurance formulated gatorades to to give that extra umph.. Gatorade Performance Series - Gatorade®
but as everyone else has said soda is bad but the reasoning behind it is that the mixture of carbonation and the sugar do a number on your system. The carbonation in you stomach gets shaken up like if you were to shake up an unopened soda. That mixed with the excessive sugars and other thick ingredients make it very painful and sloshy in your system and can cause a burning sensation in your throat. Sodas also cause more dehydration than hydration. Soda is all I used to drink when I played and it always messed me up.
Tea really isn't a good idea either cause it dehydrates as well(kinda dry feeling in your mouth you get from sodas and teas are indicators of there dehydrative natures.
So water or gatorade.....
flavored waters and such are ok, but most have splenda in them which can have negative effects on an active body as well.
Hope this helps..... ^_^

I dunno what it's called and I don't remember what causes it, but sugars and sugar substitutes consumed during duress on the lungs causes them to constrict and that is usually a bad thing for those who tend to use their lungs to breath while playing.
Honestly I have no idea, I usually drink water due to lack of extra funds (what kind of blasphemer would spend their valuable DDR/ITG money on some unnecessary sustenance?) but I'm sure that there are other things that can be used safely.
And BTW, to the original poster, Monster energy drink is the fastest road available to developping diabetes... have fun with that eh? Healthiest Energy Drink Ever: I'm gonna have to give that to SoBe No Fear.
