 Broken Afterburner
Oh man, this really sucks. I ordered an Afterburner, and after 5 days of playing, the X, up, and left arrows stopped responding. I don't know what's wrong, but hopefully you guys could give some advice.
I'm already qualified for a return, but two things. I'm not sure if it's a control box problem, or a pad problem, but I'd rather not wait another 2-3 weeks for the return because of some @#$%@^!!!!!!!. Even if I do decide to return it, how would I possibly be able to send my 50 pound metal pad back?
Basically I'm asking two questions.
1. Is it possible to determine if it's a control box problem or the pad's fault?
2. If I decide to exchange the Afterburner, how can I even ship it back?
