When I play on my pad at home, there's no sturdy furniture I can move to use as a bar, and the only chairs we have are either office chairs or wicker (very bad idea on 10-footers). Has anyone successfully built a bar or bar-type apparatus for your home pad, and if so, would you mind sharing how you did it?

I need to wait until my parents let me order online so i can get a MyMyBox Blueshark pad w/bar. All I have is an ignition right now. So, anyone know how to fasion pipes or something into a bar?

(those really thick ones,) and bend them so they make the exact shape of the bars at the arcade, and them I nail them on the floor where my dance pad is. Only did it once and it's a very bad idea, especially when you're still living with your parents.

Some pads without bars, like the Cobalt Flux are easy to work with this way, all you need to do is build a wooden base around it and have room to make a bar in the back.
Or you could just get a pad that comes with a bar =P

I can't see him actually breaking a thick piece of PVC without purposely trying to. It's strong stuff, I mean it can even handle small explosions (potato guns ftw) fairly well.

Other than that, I would actually like to know how to get a homeade bar setup, since i have no plans of getting a new pad in the near future. My TX4000 is against a wall, so i can use that, but it's not the same a s a bar../
