Just went back to play some DDR at my house recently. I have not played at my house for a really long time. I dusted off my pad and fixed it up completely for a whole day.

I took apart the pad at every panel, re-soldered every sensor, added new foil, and cut some un-needed wiring for the L.E.D.'s. Now I have a flawless TX2000, and I never knew the pad could play so good ever.

Anyways about a week ago I tried to pass Legend Road on DDR EXTREME. To say the least I failed. But a week later I finally did it...

I also got some really hard AAA's too since my pad has been all fixed up...

Ya... So now my goals this week are to AAA MAX 300 or The Legend of Max on DDR EXTREME, and any other song requested.

Because I am dead broke right now, playing at home seems to be my only option for right now, but thats fine with me.

these scores are kind of insane considering the quality of ddr x cabinets:

AAA #150 Koko Soko

poririzumu - 3
reach up - 1
boys x whatever - 2
unlocked 2nd, 5th, and 7th x specials but only passed sp-trip machine. in every other case i believe i failed because of the pads. on 2nd, i unlocked encore extra stage and played paranoia dirty mix en roulette x special.

this cabinet has all the patches and fixes installed on it, but still isn't too great.

I'm not the best, but I haven't been playing that much. I am best at getting a lot of notes, rather than really good note scores. (I call the arrows notes for some reason)

Came close to AAA-ing "Black & White" on HP2. I've been out of practice for a while. OTL Combos are more my style, getting a "AAA" is beyond my skill at the moment...

Those pads are terrible. Our most local ddr x machine was unbelievably bad. I couldnt even AA un duex troi for gods sake, let alone pass any max's..

Speaking of Max, our local SN2 finally got a pad fix, two sensors on each pad would get stuck every third or 4th hit.

So i finally was able to say i did this on a cab even though its not great

I AAA'd Sakura a few days ago, and AAA'd Trip Machine Survivor today (well I guess you could say it was yesterday seeing that its past midnight).

Ohh yes, I really do. xD; I've only ever tried an arcade machine once, and the only DDRs I have at home are Hottest Party 1 and 2.

I'm getting close to AA'ing PS270 and M300 soon (yeah I don't play that much now days) so would be nice to get those sometime.

I'm curious to know if you guy's would count CS AAA's. Personally I wouldn't but where do you guy's stand on the subject.

I dont see why you wouldn't, they are still AAA's. It does not matter if its an arcade game or Console game, its still very difficult to do. I am not sure if there is a difficulty difference, but if there is the CS games still dont make it easy to do.
