Default DDR alarm clock

Yeah, it's basically an alarm clock that looks like a DDR machine, though it's not made by Konami. It'll be ready by Sept. 30th & cost £9.99/$16.18. Here's a pic of it:

& here's the site.

"When the alarm sounds, it can’t be turned off unless you do a little dance with your fingers to follow the sequence shown by the lights, just like on a full sized dance game."

I can tell they know alot about the game they're imitating.

Who's awake enough in the morning to push the arrows? One button is hard enough to find. xP

'Sides, custom alarms/song/radio stations are more fun to wake up to than alarms. Even if it comes with a little DDR song, it sucks not being able to adjust the volume.

Ah well. It looks really cute, though. ^^

They should make an ITG version that has you play Dream To Nightmare. Every time you break combo, the volume increases X)

I WANT ONE OF THOSE.

Anyway, the DDR clock doesn't look very good, sorry. I'd much rather do what I'm currently doing and wake up (and wake everyone else up for that matter) to Painkiller.

looks dumb. I mean its creative, but you won't see me buying one. The Gun O'Clock was a cooler idea. There is also an alarm that shoots the helicopter/top from its base, and the alarm wont shut off until you set the helicopter/top back onto the alarm. That would wake me up in the morning...

The problem with Gun O'Clock that makes it fairly worthless as far as alarm clocks go is that the gimmick is really all it has going for it. The actual unit itself, out of the box, is unreasonably quiet, unlike what is featured in the comical flash video. It's my understanding that the clock can be modded for increased volume, but really, that shouldn't even be remotely necessary.

I want to know what kind of volume this has, because that's really going to make or break it.
