DDR "canon"

I know there is a character thread, but that is more for artwork and what-not... And I don't think this goes for "little known facts" either...

So anyway, I have always wondered about the characters in DDR. We get little blurbs on websites and sometimes some insight into their lives in old BG videos. So let's share everything we know, and maybe we can claim that DDR has a legit story deep down.

Let's only post facts, not speculation. If anything seems off, let's correct each other.

Anyway, from what I know:

Emi:
Emi graduated high school
Proof- DDR Extreme Graduation vid

Enjoys Snowboarding
Proof- Uh... A lot of stuff, most recently I remember Absolute's BG vid.

Went to the Technical Institute and built a dancing robot. (I'm going to guess Consent Bfu or whatever his name is)

Emi also has some sort of crush on Rage. I'm not sure if this was stated anywhere, but I think it's pretty implied. Actually, maybe this was on a website.. Hmm...

Alice
Alice used to be a pop star. Now this is where my memory gets fuzzy, but I think she sang in Tokyo but was from Hong Kong. She doesn't like the snow because it makes her homesick. I also think this is confirmed in the Ever Snow video, if that really is Alice. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Rage
Owns a takoyaki shop with his father... Has a crush on Emi, it seems. I actually don't remember much about him.

Afro
Owns a night club, and writes poetry about Ruby.

Yuni
According to the SN2 website, Yuni doesn't have to wear a schoolgirl outfit anymore, so I guess she has graduated high school. She is also paired with Akira, right? And in SN2, she wears a Tran shirt.... This is just totally me being a IIDX fan, but maybe she's into IIDX?

I don't know much else. I think there's some stuff on the new kid in DDRSN2 who wants to be a ninja or something. I don't know much on Ruby, Baby-Lon or the Zukins, and some of the older characters are kind of a mystery as well. So let's compile some more stuff!

Emi:
- I know Emi does not have a thing for Reiji. (True name for Rage) But developed as the games goes.

- Emi works at a family electronic shop. (Before going to the Technical Institute)

Alice:
- Alice hates snow because it reminds her of a "foregin country". Also, she's chinese. ^^

Yuni:
- Yuni is rivals with Emi since 4th mix... And the competation continues on.

- Yuni loves french fries!

- Akira is her bodyguard. (Come on! A rich girl gotta need protection! XD)

Cow-Ko: (One of the characters I adore, and she has no love with pictures OR any sites/sources.)

- Roughly from DDRUK, Cow-Ko is a "cow girl" that works in a milk farm.

Wants to become a master ninja , and researches modern day ninjas as well.

Emi:
