DDR Figures

So, while going to my usual spots, I ran into these things:

DDR figures of Lady. Three outfits. Truth be told they're kind of ugly, but I definitely couldn't resist buying them. I'm kind of interested in knowing more about the history of these figures though, as they seem very old. I tried searching for them, but had no luck getting any relevant information.

So, maybe someone out there knows something about these? Are there more to the set? Considered rare? Any other releases of DDR figures?

Those look like customs to me. One tipoff is that the hair is very similar, but not identical as it would be if they were cast from a mold. Check out the hair on the middle doll - there are a few messed-up strands.

Oh, that extra strand is just some yellow paint or something on the plastic, not part of the figure. I guess it's hard to tell that from the picture. Same with the black spots.

I'm pretty sure these are legit, they just seem really old, like from first mix. I can't find any dates on the package that are newer than 1998.

I remember seeing a couple of Boldo/Afro dolls (one or the other) in the same type of packaging at TGA a couple of years ago.

ya, those are legit, and extremely rare. I am pretty sure they came out in 1998, and before 2nd Mix was to be released, if not a little after.

Those are for real? Whew. They make the Burger King Boldo on my desk look handsome by comparison.
