Marketplace Rating: 1 | I've been kind of bored with DDR for a while, but that's mainly because nobody plays anymore.... I miss the old Extreme days when our arcade was packed...... Lines..... Quarter holders.... Good times.
It's almost like, as soon as we got SN, everyone stopped playing.
Maybe it's because Butterfly and Captain Jack were gone >_>

Edit: There's no point in complaining about IIDX because there hasn't been anything wrong with it that will make me even want to complain about it. Every new release of IIDX in some way outshines the previous version; DDR is the exact opposite. I don't see myself getting bored of IIDX because I love the music in IIDX. Almost half of the song list with every new DDR is crap compare to the effort they put into IIDX. IIDX music > DDR music, and don't tell, "but it's from the same company" bs because obviously Konami is doing something right with IIDX.

Thats pretty Much my local arcade too. It sucks cuz we had a sn1 and myself with 4 other people were playing it then we started to not play it as much when sn2 came out and he moved it to a different location D:

Marketplace Rating: 0 | To be honest, the only recent DDR game that I don't like that much is X because of the new announcer and the new difficulty scale revamp is a tad more intimidating (and I'm a 9-footer player whenever I pass by a DDR machine); the newest AC mix I played was SuperNOVA 2 when I was at DisneyQuest, but other than that, I only see Extreme machines back home (the only two exceptions was a bootlegged MAX 2 and a 5th mix in excellent condition, both in different bowling alleys. XD ).
Anyway, if it's the difficulty that's making it "boring", then just move on to ITG or Pump, but if it's because of the music, then that really depends what your taste in music is (I saw people who don't like the newer games simply because of the Dancemania lisence being expired). Other than that, we just gotta wait and see if the next AC release will be better than the last game.

ha, many custom stuff are even better than the crap that they've been giving us.
Honestly, do you all never get bored of the handful of songs and charts in DDR? With custom stuff, it has infinite possibilities, then again, you'll all whine about this too so whatever.
Licenses: unhappy? Get some of the ones you like yourselves and step them :P
Don't like a chart, edit. Can't play them in a DDR Cab, ITG2. Sure DDR has songs that are made of win, but they aren't fun to play all the time.
What are you all, goths who play Jane Jana, Captain Jack, and Xepher all day?
