Question DDR HP US vs HP jap ver? Any difference?

Finally i just got a wii (mainly because DDR and fatal frame 4) and i was wondering if theres any difference between hottest party 1 US version and Jap version.

If there are, what do you guys recommend me for make my wii read japanese games?

Also, theres a kind of adapter which let me use my PS2/XBOX or Xbox 360 pads on a wii?

And a couple other songs.

US version has a couple of exclusive cover licenses (Rhythm is a Dancer, Gonna Make You Sweat.)

The US version has an English version of Lesson By DJ, and three covers: Gonna Make You Sweat (Everybody Dance Now), Unappreciated and Rhythm Is a Dancer.

The Japanese version has a Japanese version of Lesson By DJ, and three KOs: True Love (Clubstar's True Club Mix), Double Tornard, and Pluto The First.

As far as I know, those are the only differences between the two.

From what I remember, the US has B4U (Rising Sun Mix), and the JP has B4U (The Acolyte Mix)

You guys realise how politically incorrect the word "Jap" is right?

if you can say US, then why not say JP or just Japanese?

you can use a freeloader disc to play the game. However they (nintendo) can disable the disc with a firmware update, so be warned.

You would really be surprised. People that I IM from school use it as an abbreviation for Japan, and when I tell them, the always are like "really?" or "honestly?"

context is meaningless right guys

PS US is an abbreviation of United States where as JP is pulling two random letters out of Japan so the two really aren't comparable

In some cases we do (J-Pop). I was just pointing out that it wasn't a perfectly comparable situation. :V

People will use whatever shortening they feel like. J, JP, JPN, etc. Jap isn't really that common (though it's probably the most obvious ways to shorten the word). :3
