I figured as much, just wanted to make sure.

Also, on the off chance that anyone is actually able to snag this tomorrow, as much info as possible would be nice. Most notably, an initial songlist, inital characters/mods , and HMM info. Also, if possible, a full songlist by going online.

Probably not, the online lists are usual complete in terms of offline playability. If you don't see a particular song, you can always hope for online exclusives I guess.

The PS2 cant go online and it wont run on a PAL PS3.

a few places have been known to get the game on the same day, simply because they're closer to the distribution location. or, some people pay a little extra and order from the net to get the game the same day.
