Default DDR SuperNOVA PS2(US) with Gameshark/ some cheat device to unlock the 5 missing songs

I'm using Gameshark 2 v4.1 and used the Unlock All code. When activated, it doesn't seem to unlock Feelings Won't Fade, HONEY PUNCH, NIJIIRO, Silver Platform and Trim, even though they're in the shop and "SOLD OUT".

Well, is there some other cheat device to unlock those 5 songs, at least can be purchased from the shop or I'll just have to wait for Burger King/ McDonald's/ Carl's Jr./ Pizza Hut to announce the code?

The song data for online songs is not in the same data area as the main songlist is in. Also, these songs contain incomplete data too, which could cause problems.

Saying "I agree" without really elaborating on it or adding something is grounds for tokenwhoring. Please do not do it again.

These songs were simply never intended to be played offline. There will be no code to unlock them. There is no way to 'hack' them. Wait for them to appear on the next release, complete with Double steps to boot.

Which explains why i heard the sample for Trim and Nijiiro while reading the data from the PS2 disc.

So out of curiosity, what data does it lack? I'd imagine it would be missing a few charts, but is there anything else or is that it?

Will pay good money for a DDRX2 poster/archstand.

Doubles charts.

Also, the way a couple people hacked the game couldn't make the Singles steps show up either.

Well, if they aren't on SuperNOVA 2 CS, then I think we can all start slamming Konami.

I'd like to know what will happen if, eventually, Konami decides to shut down the DDRSN US server, as they already did with DDR Extreme 2.... the songs will turn forever unplayable on that version?

In all likelihood, yes, unless there's some well-hidden way to unlock them - which seems very unlikely from the exploits of various people in the community.

They are not meant to be unlocked, especially with incomplete data.

I'm starting to suppose this is the "MEMORIES" shtick from DDR Extreme 1 (Home) all over again.

If you need the code, it's:

***BEGIN SPOILER ALERT!!!***
Plug in the controller in the 2P slot. At the main menu, input this code to unlock the song Memories. This song was only available through a GameShark/Action Replay until now.

Right, Right, Right, Right, Up, Up, Up, Square, Left, Left, Down, Down, Down, Square, Square, Select
***END SPOILER ALERT...***

A) they're not going to use the same unlock code. That wouldn't be very smart. (if that's what you were getting at, I can't entirely tell)
B) as Reenee already said twice, there is missing data. Konami would not have you unlock a song that is only playable on single, That would be completely pointless.
C) If there was a possibility to unlock these songs, then people who hacked the disc would have it.

The only possiblity that I can think of for SNUSps2 having those songs offline, is if/when they shut down the onlineserver as they did EX2, they provide some sort of dowload of the songs (which would contain double steps) But I don't know if you can DL things with a ps2. I'm sure you can, but I'm not sure. (ignore incorrectness of previous sentence, you know what I'm getting at).
My thoughts are tyhat they will shut down the Sn online server around the time of sn2's ps2 release here in the sattes, and that will have those 5 songs available. That would be the smart move, considering the low possibility of getting it on Sn1.
