Hmm well, in the DDR FROM STAFF blog, one of the creators mentions that they have to "fix a problem" with the machine that was shown in the Kanto location test before they bring it to Kansai.

Take that as you will, I guess.

That's what I heard as well. The best song I can compare it ti is Pluto Relinquish, another 2MB song that sounds like it was written to be hard.

The Announcer's voice is at least in the same style. He has some funny new phrases. While your scrolling through songs, he'll say something like "What are you doing? We came here to dance!!"

I just figured that since Konami didn't add this in Supernova that they seriously thought they were killing off the series. Dance Dance Revolution was more or less dead in Japan arcades, then it became popular in America, and then it was, you know, resurrected.

So, I think that it won't be in an AC version because it was supposed to be the end of something that didn't end.

I'd love to see it in the arcades, though.

I don't know whether this had been confirmed already, but it had already been assumed I'm sure, but 2ch just confirmed that this game is running on a PC, rather than a PS2.
