I have a lil grudge against konami and their licensing Abilities... For example, The last time i saw the original Dive song by BeForU was in 5th mix i think...
Same goes to ghosts (vincent de Moor mix) wich i think only appeared in 6th mix
Then the Fantastic 4 from DDRMAX2, Look At us (sarina Paris), Stay (tess), more than i needed toknow (Scooth), So fabulous so fierce (dont rmember artist...)
And i can keep on going, Lots of good songs from Captain Jack (may he rest in peace, he will live on forever) have been lost...
I know they are machine exclusives but i mean all those songs rock and here in my town there only on arcade with a DDR extreme... So i cant get all those good songs anywhere anymore... I thought SN would have those songs back, and i find out that not only they're not there, but Rythym And Police is gone Along with others, And we have songs like Toxic.. And songs from Kylie Minogue...
Anyway I made this thread so we could all rant about it... ^u^

DIVE is still around. Just pick up a copy of DDREX2, and viola.
All of the other songs you mentioned are licenses, so they aren't going to return except in very special cases. Just buy yourself a copu of party collection and the last few American mixes, and you'll be pretty well caught up. | |

i never got to play thoes songs in the arcade. i started playing just after extreme came out in the arcade. are they available on any mixes, japan or american | |

The four missing licences from Max2 JP were A Minute, More Than I Needed To Know, It's Raining Men, and There You'll Be. So Fabulous, So Fierce and Stay were in it. These, plus Senorita from Extreme and Petit Love from (I think) 4th, are the only licences that I know of that are not available on any JP home version.
I say JP because our Extreme US got There You'll Be, and Europe's Fusion (I think) got It's Raining Men. So, that's four songs in total not available to be played at home.
Dive is not a licence, either. It's in Extreme 2, and also Festival. For some reason, it got left out of Extreme AC's KO bank, and when they grabbed it for SuperNOVA, they focused more on eradicating good-cool than putting back in the few KO's they missed/took out/forgot. 
Importing is well worth your while.

Seriously, stop. It's been in Taiko, beatmania, IMPORTED to Japan, and now it's in Supernova. I think they'll just start putting it in games out of spite. Just imagine, Karaoke Revolution, Guitar Hero, hell, REZ 2 FINAL STAGE.
