DDR is usually played at social gatherings at my house, although I only play for the exercise these days. It's usually my sisters friends playing, which ends up being a swear fest whenever they miss an arrow(which, of course is hilarious). I'll sometimes play but I don't want to discourage them from playing.

We had a DDR party one time, was a blast. I hooked my laptop to use the television with an adapter and my friend brought his SmartJoy and we have 2 pads to the television. Made for a great party with snacks ^_^. I wish I had Ultramix though for 4 players.

yeah... that was the only time i upchucked after playing twilight zone....
As embarassing as it was for me to run to the bathroom so diligently after playing a song, it made for good times in the end.

Are you kidding? If you're not the drunk one, it's comedy GOLD.

Doubly so if you're using a mix that has songs the drunk knows. I remember some awesomely bad parties with the original PS1 (US) mix. "Smoke on the Water? I can do that, hold my glass."

Yeah, of course it would be funny to watch, probably more so than watching people who are new to the game, but I personally wouldn't want to do it(although I did think abot it once when I was drunk at a friends house w/ stepmania)

BTW:Thick foam pads are not comfortable to sleep on

I once brought DDR to a Christmas party, and the whole family was there, it was a full house. 4 words:

IT WAS A BLAST

And uh DeeDeeArr~All stars, what you said about the SMITG thing, uh, i don't know if we should be talking about this but is it possible to hack a PS2 ITG disk and put SM songs on it?

It's funny, but almost all parties ends up as a-least-partly-DDR-parties. Just because I shown DDR to my frends few months ago.
