Marketplace Rating: 0 | Extreme USA Question So today I decided to try and see if I can beat those last two missions on Mission Mode. I succeeded and it told me to go to www.konamityo.com/bemani/usa/extreme with a given username and password. Unfortunately the site is no longer there. So I just wanted to know whats on the site from those who have completed mission mode and saw it.

Why is Extreme 2 US the only game that counts weight in workout mode by Kilograms instead of lbs?

(Plus, for the sake of sound science, a kilogram is a unit for measuring mass, NOT weight [stupid Konami].)

Most of the other countries use kilograms as their weight measurement while the U.S. uses pounds. Just like inches and centimeters.
They probably just go by that in EX2 for some weird mistake made from making the N.A. version from the JP version.
I got another question....
Why the hell is Extreme US the only DDR game I have that constantly gets "corrupted"? I've done about 80 mission in 2 full days just to get back on to see it "corrupted". I also had it for about a month playing before that and it got "corrupted".

<lecture>
An object's weight can change, like if it was first on Earth but then goes into outer space or another planet; so it's not the most concrete measurement of heaviness. However, its mass never changes just because it moves from one location to another--it can get away from gravity, but it won't spontaneously lose matter just because it moves somewhere else. I bet you that most countries use the kilogram as their "weight" measurement for this reason, as opposed to actual units of weight like the pound or the Newton.
</lecture>
Also, I second rantalus about file corruption. It's happened to me probably at least once for MAX, MAX2, and EXTREME.

that only happened to me on DDRMAX2 US when I first started playing DDR because I was stupid enough to turn off the PS2 while it was saving.
maybe I've been more lucky than others, but I've found that if I wait until the title screen (or at least wait until it says it's done saving) to start holding the reset button for standby, the save will never get corrupted. considering it hasn't happened to me in over four years, I'd say it's a pretty good method to avoid corruption.

I would either do the full mission mode or do 200 songs then about a few days later it screws me over with that stupid "Corrupted Data" crap.
