Marketplace Rating: 0 | Get Busy Glitch/Bug in EX2 Whenever I play Get Busy something weird happens. About 30 seconds into it the bg video reverts back to the title screen, and the song keeps looping the same part over and over again, until the end of the song duration, in which case it just cuts off. But the arrows go like normal. It happens on any difficulty (I haven't done beginner though) and in any mode. My disc is fine, so a scratch isn't causing it, but I don't know what is or how to fix it. Has this happened to anyone else?

Have you tried it in another PS2? It's unlike any bug I've ever heard of, and you're the first to bring it up after all this time.

Marketplace Rating: 0 | Thats the weirdest part of all. It only started to happen a month or so ago. I know I said the disc is in perfect condition, and it isn't. But there are only a few minor marks, nothing that should cause the disc to go bad. Compared to my SSBM disc, which is all scratches and works. So thats why I think its a bug. And it sure made that DMM mission with Get Busy quite a bit harder. No, I haven't tried it in another PS2 yet, but I will soon, hopefully.

Marketplace Rating: 0 | Does your PS2 make any weird noises while playing? That would be a good indication it's your PS2. Although even if it doesn't, I still would bet it's your PS2.

Marketplace Rating: 0 | from personal experiance, EX2 was the most buggy game if your disc is scratched even a little.
an awesome story about that actually.
something in the coding of DDR games says that "these steps sync to this part, and if the song replays a part, replay the steps. if somethings up, stepgen."
my reasoning, is at a party last year, me and my friends were palying on our pimped cobalts, EX2, and realized "why isnt this song ending?" we played several songs, Tomorrow, Paranoia Survivor (it mighta been MAX, i dunno), and a few others, and realized that the song kept looping, and looping well, too.
Paranoia Survivor looped almost perfect, it would play the song, get to the deathrun area, and start again after the intro area, if i remember (this was almost a year ago)
also, my EX2 bugged out, didnt play audio, lagged, etc. one time, after passing a song, it took me to a black screen with all the announcer lines playing. my dad came in and heard "Good!~ 100 combo!~ 200 combo!~ we-tarded RETARDED!~" and was just like, "what the hell man"

Just the music loops. The song ends when it's supposed to, and then the music cuts off wherever its at. It brings me to the results screen like normal too. It doesn't generate random steps once it starts looping, the steps are the ones that are supposed to be there. And my PS2 doesn't make any weird noises when I play it either.

Marketplace Rating: 0 | I found the culprit. Apparently, a small fingerprint was causing it. I washed my disc and played the song twice, and it ran perfectly. But that weird stuff happened, I'm not lying.
On a side note, is that picture on the back of the case possible to repeat? As in, do yourself. It appears to be an impossible picture. I'm talking about the Get Busy picture, but the one showing beginner mode also appears impossible, also. Any explanations?
