Marketplace Rating: 0 | Groove Radar Values Defined ok obviously freeze is freeze arrows but me and my friend are arguing over what voltage stream chaos and air means
i say stream is just all 4th, 8th, 16th, and so on in a row with no jumps or anything in them.... dont fea like typing the rest
what i realy want to ask is if someone could just state the deffinitions of all of them, please

Marketplace Rating: 1 | Chaos - Irregularity of steps (anything greater than a 8th)
Air - Number of jumps in a song (also known as how much times your balls and tits jumps up and down during a song. lol at jumping dongs)
Stream - Overall density of steps (i guess you can call that running? )
Voltage - Peak density of steps (just look at those pretty 10 feet) | |

Marketplace Rating: 0 | lol. I was wondering that myself for like 2 years. Eventually me and my friends just used ghetto slang terms like "hard ass part" or "gay part". But now I can be like "Yeah that song has alot of gay CHAOS". Thanks paranoivm.
edit: Fixed a part for Paranoivm

Let's put it this way - stream is the measure of how few "breaks" there are in the noteset, while voltage is a measure of how insane the steps actually get.
This is an example: Healing Vision: AM has high stream, but low voltage, because there are notes all over the place, but thy're mostly 8th notes - so theres no bad density in the song.
So Deep has high stream AND voltage because there isn't a gap in the note string AND the notes, especially at the end - get pretty cramped. The same applies for bag - constant notes that are all squished (alot of 16th and 32nd notes).
All in all - higher stream means more movement, voltage equals really high movement at some point.

Dont flame me...I had to ask one day... | Stream is song steps & jumps / length of song (time) eg lovin you and love this fellin have low stream, which most of the harder songs such as CSFILSM and most of the 10's have a high reading.
Voltage is the peak amaount of steps at any one point (lots of arrows in a short amount of time). Songs like The centre of the heart which has one spammy bit in comparsion with the rest of the song results in a high voltage reading. Bag doesnt have a high voltage 青龍☆, its all pretty set out, the only high-voltage part is about 80 steps in.
The only fault I can see in this system is the voltage reading is a bit wrong with songs with variable BPM changes. Sakura registers a huge voltage reading, but this is because it has a lot of dense arrows in the slow bit. You dont hit them any faster than arrows in the fast stream, but because theres a lot of arrows bunched tightly in comparision with the rest of the song its gives a large reading, same deal with healing Vision also.

As for difficulity reading it, thats just personal preference. Voltage is hitting lots of crap in a short space of time, you dont in sakura tho, thus my note aout the variable BPM voltage readings.

Marketplace Rating: 0 | I knew what air, freeze, and chaos were, but I didn't know about the difference better stream and voltage either! That makes sense, since there are so many steps grouped together in high-stream songs (which usually makes them quite tiring).
