It's OK. I can manage (Left+Up+Right) 1/8 notes fine now.

Just dont be afraid of falling, and do it. If you do worse on a song, and miss a few notes, its ok.
Jane Jana isnt really cross overs, but it will get you used to akward movements.

I am finding that playing Doubles helps me with crossovers.
Now, I need to get good at Doubles...
