How do I connect a RedOctane Ignition 3.0 to a PC?

I just bought a RedOctance Ignition 3.0 and I can't figure out how to connect it. There's a USB cable and another cable also. Would I need an adapter? It said that an adapter is not necessary on the site where I bought it.

Plug the USB cable into the USB slot on your computer.

If that does not work check out the website for troubleshooting.

Change the Xbox tip for the USB tip, connected to the PC and if your using StepMania 3.9 or lower you must configure it manually

I just assume is for Stepmania. Unless is DDRPC

This is what you do:

1. Take that link and download that drive for the RO pad.

2. Go to control panel ---> Game controllers: this is where you go to test your pad.

3. Plug your pad in....

4. test it and make sure everything is finee when you press the buttons.

5. Open Stepmania.

6. Go to Options.

7. Go to sync options...

8. Use the pad's buttons to change what ever you want....

anyways, that is very unlikely though, considering its age, and how good it was. Not to mention finding a copy of the game (as in a legit copy), is quite rare. I dont think I have ever met anyone that had it besides me.
