generally, yeah; your calves will get larger. depending on your play style they may get significantly larger

I just did $4 worth at the arcade today but got tired out. T_T 12 songs is good enough I guess. I like playing more of RevenG/Re-venge/Revenge type songs. Didn't know there were so many 2MB songs, but no fascination.

I lost 30 pounds in a year, gained 12 of it back probably mostly as muscle. My legs are a lot bigger now than before. My time for running a mile has gone down amazingly, I went from doing one in roughly 7 minutes to just under 6.

DDR didn't too too much really, But I've only been playing for a year and a half. I'd say eating once or twice a day did more than anything. I started around 270, I'm ~220 now.

None. Playing DDR has only increased my muscle mass also since i never stopped eating or dieting or w/e, I couldn't really lose weight. I still say i'm a lot heathier than i would've been without DDR, that's for sure, as I probably wouldn't done any excersize otherwise.

I got Hottest Party for Christmas, and I was about 198 (I'm 5'9). I've been playing it every day since then, and have lost 30 lbs so far. I'm doing it gradually.

I've lost a collective 75 lbs from DDR: started at 230, dropped to 190, stopped playing and gained back to 220, started again and dropped to 200, stopped again and gained to 250, started up again recently and dropped back to 235, and I'm currently in my best playind shape of all time, oddly enough.

The only problem is taht I'm probably gaining too much muscle mass in my calves but I think they won't bother me that much. Besides that, I've lost 25lbs with dieting and DDR.
