I got a idea: What if they used the decidated cabinets from Japan and there is some significant changes would be: e-AMUSEMENT support, HD lag and sync/pad issue is now fixed and USB slots is finally replaced with SD slots

Hmm......
Well it definitely looks like these "so-called brand new machines" from Betson are obviously not from Konami Japan (cause they don't make dance pads that are fucked-up on the very first day). Perhaps, cost-cutting would be kinda alright (such as the removal of the LED lights and extra sound speakers) but if the cost-cutting already drastically diminishes the playability of this game, then there's obviously something wrong.
Well in any case, BM IIDX arcade versions (starting with 14th GOLD) have this "MONITOR CHECK" feature during the boot/startup process which takes around a minute or less. This process supposedly aims to be at sync "with the monitor" so that stuff like timing would be as accurate and precise as possible (regardless of what monitor is being used). Aside from that, 15th/DJT released a "display profile" which aims to have settings to allow for HDTVs to be used in this game (esp. since that version launched the "TYPE B" monitor).
I have an idea for the announcer in future releases. Instead of the same bland announcer, have multiple announcers; one for each character that you can choose. So as you play, the character you have chosen not only dances on screen, but will also make comments about your performance as well.
Examples:
Alice: Wow! You must be exhausted! (finishing the song with a D rating.)
Rage: Now let's see what you can really do! (starting the Extra Stage.)
Zero: I'd expect that from a monkey but not from you! (failing the song.)
Emi: Ganbatte kudasai!(starting the song.)
I actually think it would give the characters in the game more personality as well as allow the game to be more customizable.

This is not a problem concerning the cabinet or Gameplay Issues with DDR X. We are only trying to get feedback for cabinet and gameplay problems relating to the new cabinet, monitor, dance pads, or any other hardware that is causing problems during gameplay.
I also got a new video that shows another clear example of the lag, however youtube seems to be down at the moment.
Posting just to say the lag has been fixed at our DDR X location at Gameworks in Illinois. Seems the game still needs some tweaking with the lag calibration, but its solid enough where I can still get AAA's and AA's every round.
