Ironman nonstops, help me enhance my workout!

Okay so check it out, I stopped playing DDR in any from of seriousness and it's now mainly a part of my regular exercise, and I goof around when play otherwise.

But playing songs for a while just isn't tiring me out anymore. (go jog with hand weights and your stamina just kinda skyrockets a bit lol)

So I tried something new. I threw together a beast nonstop course. 20 songs for the first crack at it.

Mostly stamina draining nine footers or tricky 8-10 footers, with a few rest songs.

35 minutes later, I was hurting, hard of breath, and looking at some horrible PA! Awesome, I found something new.

I wanna advance on this... make a few, mix it up. Make it longer...

So I figure, I haven't played every song, maybe there's some gems I'm missing.

Here's where you come in.

You got a 8-9-10 footer that just pisses you off, but you keep trying anyways? Tired as crap after your done with your favorite song? A song that no matter how many times you play it, it gets the best of you every time?

Let me know! I want to get at least 3 courses together, an hour long each.

Just a few guidelines...

-at minimum, a moderately difficult 8
-at worst, a 10 that isn't machine-gun steps everywhere (example of a good ten= chaos, healing-d-vision, PS270 | example of a bad ten for this= max period, PSMO, FAXX)
-no "konoko" whatever bullshit, i don't do that song anymore... period

-can't think of a official DDR chart for this? no problem!
-ITG works as well, 10 foot cap, same guidelines at a DDR 10, mines and hands will be off... keep in mind
-simfiles work too, length doesn't matter but again, 10 foot cap in terms of DDR difficulty, and make sure the file you suggest is well made (post a link as well for these, so i can get and try them out)

If you want to 'help' me out, go ahead! My mind is a blank... and my ideas aren't the best (i put SUNKiSS DROP as the final song, wanted to kill myself for that move) so throw some input my way. One song or a whole list... I'm open to suggestions!

that seemed to be all techincal questions about SM, not so much gameplay

If you download the Mungyodance 3 sm pack (huge download, but alot of good stuff, though most isn't padable), there's a nonstop song called The Seven Gates. It's 10 straight minutes of DDR level 9 foot steps (it's rated a 10 footer simply because of the length). It's 2468 steps, it varies alot (it's actually 7 different songs mixed together) and, having passed it on pad, I can tell you firsthand, it's a FANTASTIC workout file.

Actually, now that I think of it, I can probably just give you the file over AIM if you want. My AIM is in my profile.

not stamina draining at all, it just trys my patience since i cant pa the end part or the slowdown for beans

It's a compilation of 7 hardstyle techno songs found in Mungyodance 3. It's around 190 bpm consistently if I remember.
