I've seen this before, I do believe it was the Beta cover art because when I preordered it online (WAY BACK WHEN) that was the boxart I remember seeing.

This is the initial cover for DDR MAX2, until they changed it to that silhouette chick on the dancing pad. But yeah, looks kinda fake...sorta like how they had those "ddr ultramix" characters that were scrapped away.
