DDR for mobile has been out for god knows how long.
And it's availabe in the US as well.

I used to have the DDR Mobile thing on my mom's phone, it was okay but not great.
What this appears to be is a version of that same game, with new features to the "series" including Freeze Arrows and downloadable content. Whether they still use MIDIs or not is still to be seen.

The JP version has ALWAYS had freeze arrows. This game has seriously been out since like, 2002, or whenever extreme came out.
Konami just updates the songs on it from time to time.
