Well, the most effective way is to play battle mode. It gives you the most consistent number of DD's for the least amount of time spent playing (6 dancers for 3 songs.) Yes, standard mode can give you more, but it's rare for that to happen. I don't want to risk getting 2, 3, or 4 a whole bunch. So, let's do some math.

I'm currently at 290. I need 283 more to get exactly 573. The closest I can get by just playing battle mode (without going over or being too close to land directly on) is 276 more, which would be 46 games (assuming I don't mess up). That would put me at 566, leaving 7 left, which means a MINIMUM of one game of standard mode. 1 game if I get offered 7 dancers, 2 games if I get offered 3 and 4, or 5 and 2, and 3 games if i get offered 2, 2, and 3, which could take a while to fufill, so let's just assume 1 game. That's an absolute minimum of 47 more games. Assuming each game is 3 songs (which all but the last would be), at an average of 1.5 minutes per song, giving an average of another whole 2 minutes or so for menu time (e-amuse can take a while to load up, also have to consider result screens, and the final e-amuse screen), making it a rough estimate of 7 minutes per game.

This all adds up to 5.5 hours of straight play, assuming no interruptions, and no other players, all before 5pm Thursday. If even one other player was around, it could up to double the physical time it'd take. I guess it's actually physically possible, but wow this would hurt.


....Goddamn it. I'm out of work before the evening tomorrow. I hate you Steve for making me actually consider trying this.

I am not going to school Thursday it looks like (SAT testing, but it does not affect me as I am not a Junior or Senior, nor do I have classes that are anything but study halls that day), so I may just go down to Naperville, insted of Wednesday. Hooray for no school for me.

Well, I can't beat LV5 in battle mode for some reason, and the pads aren't consistent enough to gaurentee AAA's, but we'll see. I was actually mistaken, and I have the WHOLE day off tomorrow, so these may happen. :O
