Do the OST's normally contain the full-length songs. Also, is there a specific site where I can download said full-length songs

The closest chance you have for other long versions are on the dancemania cd's, but those aren't even ddr songs, just songs on DDR. Even if you did though, they aren't that much longer anyway.

Yeah just songs that DDR uses, like Guitar Hero in a sense. Well you could buy them, they are a bit pricey because they charge you the same amount that you would but them in Japan around 30 to 40 US dollars.
