pre-Supernova generic videos Discussion

Remember how all the songs before Supernova, strike and probably festival too, had those weird random generic videos?

Just a discussion on them like what were your favorites, which ones you thought WTF, and etc.

The one that always had me going weird was that one that's showed in Trance De Janiero, along with many others, of that guy in a cowboy hat on a bumber car bashing through pins. It just confused me everytime. @.@

MAX and MAX2's were great.

Half of Extreme's were shit, and about 4 out of 5 of the other half were remakes of classic animations from 1st-5th, and then the select new ones that were actually alright.

The teddy bears in witch doctor. It's a little weird but otherwise ok.

I would much rather have them than what we have now with the stupid dancing stages. I agree about Gamelan de Couple, that cactus being gone ruins the song for me.

I agree with the cactus and the teddy bears, i also kinda liked the pop art girls in songs like I do I do I do, i liked the video for Candy <3 where Johnny is riding his car with that other girl, and Graduation was nice too.

Was playing Extreme today and noticed that almost all of the pop'n songs have a special generic video for their song. (aka Daikenkai, Love^2 -> Sugar, and White Lovers) For some weird reason, Mahou no Toriba doesn't have one.

Funny how only about half the videos will actually have a generic video clip that is unique to their video(Sakura has like 3 of its own XD), which none of the others have, while some others have ones that are unique to their video that is also shown in others (Janejana and Gamlen de couple).

By the way,some chars from the videos have names of their own.
Telephone Operator has Mr. Telephone. i feel... has Maria. The bunny from Blow My Whistle has a name too,but I can't remember it.

Cactus is awesome, so is Telephone Operator!

But my favorite Pre-SN videos are probably for "Graduation " and "true..." (The one with Riyu, not the generic video).

For some reason I really love the tiny sun in "Make it Better".
