Players using the e-AMUSEMENT system can use the FRIEND REGISTRATION FUNCTION that is included.

Yeah...e-amuses virtually non-exsistent in the US's job. Unless konami plans to pull something out of their ass and get it mass produced across the country then we'll basically be screwed for all the good features again, or at least wait months before getting everything.

Here's hoping for more 9's and 10's or another difficulty (maybe not so much this one, but I'll be happy nonetheless) or more defined borders between difficulty levels.
