It isn't the fact of my weight that I believe slows me down, it is just the endurance from the weight. Besides that, I think I can do pretty good once I revamp my DDR skills to enthrice my needs of the AAs and AAAs.

Awesome, now all I need to do is not relax when I get to Sakura (dying there was just embarassing), and I might make it to (but not through for a LONG while) PSMO!

I think moving your feat as little as possible should ONLY be used if you're trying to tech for a high score on songs/oni courses.(preferably when one's around, moving like a penguin won't get you the ladies lol)

If you're playing for exercise/crowd pleasing/maximum enjoyment, keep your legs moving and body turning with those steps. I also highly recommend learning the spins in certain songs(example: if an arrow sequence goes left, down, right, up, left, down, right, up) instead of quickly using your left foot to hit up, turn your body all the way around and use your right foot to hit up and then continue the sequence.(there's more difficult variations but this is the most basic ex.) This is good because 1) it keeps your left and right feet moving constantly without throwing you off balance, 2) doing those spins can help you burn extra cals and have more fun doing it, 3) people will be much more entertained watching you(and not in a "omg this guy has no life" kinda way)

No, "omg this guy has no life" happens when someone gets pissed off when they're doing a hard song, fail, and scream.

That's just embarrassing.

Thats arguable, i could do every song on DDR Extreme and DDR Max 2 when they came out, including extra stages.......when i was 15-20kg lighter lol.

That is absolutely untrue. Everyone is different. Besides you wouldn't know how hard DDR is as a fatass because according to you....

...Your not overweight.

Also, don't assume people are lacking skill when you know nothing about them or the songs they play.

there are plenty of larger people that have no problem getting good scores. it takes more effort, sure, but it's still doable

I'm gonna have to agree. I've seen several overweight guys (and girls) pass the hard stuff if they just work at it long enough.

Staying hydrated is a great helper in that area. If you get too hot, you'll get tired and feel some nausea. Drink plenty of water (or Gatorade/Powerade), but by all means, avoid sodas and Caffeinated energy drinks . The massive amount of sugar can sometimes contribute to the nausea, and in some cases, cause you to throw up. Caffeine never helps in the long run, because you'll crash eventually.
