Okay. To make clear for THIS PAGE: Spike and Gus are totaly different people! XP (Spike is in England. And you know Gus.)

I still love the dancers/characters. Heck whenever I go to play SN, it's Emi all the way! (Home, it's Glow-Glow/Glow PiX. Yep. Someting form Curus. I play Emi sometime in songs that suit her dance...)

It almost seems like, when SuperNOVA was first announced last year people were rejoicing the ressurection of the dancers. I know I was. I love the new SuperNOVA dancers. We needed something new anyway.

Anyway, Is it just me or does it seem like the game developers really didn't pay much attention too any of the characters except Emi. I mean, compared to the other characters, it just seems like her dances are alot longer and more varied than the other characters.

I'd have to agree with "Timer" up there. When I play SuperNOVA at the arcades I always chose Emi...

Why not have dancers who actually play DDR? It still looks like Konami is compensating for the fact that DDR isn't real dancing. And the character dances are only semi cool.

The only people that actually play on the DDR machine are the two characters in Beginner Mode, but even Konami took that away.

Then again, if they brought that back and had that same eliment apply to all the difficulties, then not only would they have to have alot of camera angles to take multiple shots of them and make backgrounds around the danceers (cause just having that DDR machine in the blue background is dull and boring), but most likely the new people will dance just like the characters cause they will follow their moves.

(first off, I'm sorry for being dumb earlier. >_<)

I kinda think seeing the dancers doing their weird (and sometimes stupid looking ^^ moves is more entertaining than seeing them just hit arrows...

But CMG may have a point in people imitating the dancers. I guess expert players would be less thrown off by them if the dancers matched the arrows. I feel like it'd eat up a lot of memory programming all the moves for every song in the game, though... especially on boss songs or something.

For me, I find both the dancers and music videos distracting. That's the main and only reason why I dislike these features. Other than that, they're cool.

I don't like the dancers. It's that thay just block the BG videos. As for superNOVA, well it's very hard trying to pass Chaos with emi "Geting her freak on".
