1: beat 225 song (perdiction)
2: beat discos expert story on street master mode

I have PR unlocked, but am oddly enough still missing Pluto.

did you do street master mode at all
if so you probably missed a certain mission to unlock pluto

I did all of street master for every character. I have literally every other song except Pluto.
I DID however, start on the advanced missions and only played that. I REALLY hope I don't have to go back through it all on normal just to get one fucking song. :/

I don't know. I did all advances missions and got every song. Maybe you should do a normal mission with Pluto as the song?

I was missing Pluto for the longest time, too. I'm pretty sure I unlocked it playing against Luis in Disco's story. I think that was cause it was the second song to choose from and I'd overlooked it...
If that doesn't work, I'm out of ideas. :x
And I thought Relinquish was unlockable just by completing the song, regardless of whether you beat Disco or not. Got an unlock message after that, anyway...

accully im pretty sure that these are the ways to unlock pluto relinquish because in discos final chaper on expert the songs you do are saber wing (akaiura head shot mix) and pluto relinquish

I believe it is somewhere in babylon or playing against babylon or something. Find all the ones that say pluto and play them, One of them will unlock it for you.
You dont have to do the entire game, just go through the chapters and check, or find out online, im sure its posted somewhere.
When I went through, I would always look on normal for songs I didnt have unlocked, and play them. Sometimes they unlocked, sometimes they didnt. I almost think that you must play certain songs X number of times in SMM before they unlock.

You have to play through either Julio or Queen-Zukin's advanced mode to get Pluto...as for Pluto Relinquish, assuming no one's that good at DDR to really beat that song...turn cut on and play through it...it'll make it alot easier and you'll pass it enough to get the song, but not to beat Disco's SMM advanced. | |

Pluto shouldn't be that hard to unlock, but Relinquish, just use a controller.
